Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Hijab & You, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully. This policy applies only to orders placed and delivered within India.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@hijabandyou.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Is in its original packaging with tags intact
- Is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Inner caps
- Customized or altered products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance (unless defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the product at support@hijabandyou.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
